Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
COD orders are verified via telephone or email before dispatching. However, in case of repeat customers, Clearance sale and other promotions orders may be processed without telephonic verification.
The estimated average delivery time across UK is 2 to 4 working days.

The estimated delivery time for international order is 3 to 7 working days after the order has been dispatched.

The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email can be used to track the order on DHL’s website (www.DHL.com). You may also track your order on our website (login is required).
Charges for all international delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country and locality. To calculate shipment charges you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).
Taxes & Duties:
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Items may also be returned to store (Rochdale Warehouse) for an exchange or gift card.
Swimwear - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.
Fragrance & Grooming - Please note, in the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns where the packaging is unsealed.
Earrings - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 14 working days from processing your return
